We ensure the reliability of BANDO BABY to ensure all goods are available as displayed.
In the unlikely event that there is an error in the availability or price of an item, BANDO BABY reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.

UK Orders

  • 48 Hour Delivery Service (2-3 days from dispatch)
  • 24 Hour Delivery Service (1-2 days from dispatch)
  • Next Day Guaranteed Delivery Service (Order Before 12PM)

International Orders 

  • International orders take 3-5 working days in Europe and rest of World in 6-7 working days - some international order are subject to import fees depending what country you are delivering the parcels from.

Shipping information

  • Orders are shipped within 48 working Hours
  • Must order before 12PM for next day delivery
  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail
  • Tracking sent via email 
  • Any problems with deliverys must be reported within 4 weeks of the order being dispatched

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return all UNWORN, UNDAMAGED items within 14 days of shipment date.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags, and in the original packaging box. Also,  no evidence of stains or odours.

Any item(s) returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

We DO NOT offer free returns, you are responsible for covering the cost of the delivery of your package when returning it to us.

In the event that an order is incorrect or faulty please contact us via email.

Returns should be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the item(s) returned only not the delivery.

We only offer exchange for a different sizes for all UNWORN, UNDAMAGED items within 14 days of shipment date.

Yes we do!

International orders are sent out with royal mails international tracked and signed service and take approximately 3-5 working days Europe and rest of World in 6-7 business days, some international order are subject to import fees depending what country you are delivering the parcels from.

Whilst most of our orders are domestic we have been building up our presence in countries such as Australia, Netherlands and the USA!

Unless otherwise stated on social media we do not have specific dates for any restocks. Follow us on instagram @bando_babycl for any updates.

We have been established since 2020 thankfully on our instagram highlights we have plenty of reviews from happy customers recieving their orders.

We also recently started using trustpilot where you can see reviews of previous customers

Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed.
